United Arab Emirates: the luxury hotel group Kempinski Hotels has doubled its presence in Dubai after partnering with Abu Dhabi National Hotels.
As a result of the partnership, two hotels-Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall-will be renamed Kempinski.
Kempinski the Boulevard Dubai is a 72-storey hotel located in downtown Dubai. It has 198 rooms and suites, a collection of residences and several dining rooms, including the living room, the kitchen, the collector’s room and the dining room.
In addition to three outdoor pools, the hotel also has a spa with steam rooms, a hammam and a hammam.
The Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai is connected to the Dubai Mall and has 245 rooms and suites, each with its own balcony. The hotel’s dining options range from modern Middle Eastern dishes to international cuisine, and the spa offers tailor-made spa treatments.

In addition to the two most recent properties in Dubai, the Group operates the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and the Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah. The opening in 2025 is the first independent private Kempinski residence in the region–Kempinski Residences the Creek Dubai.
The company is also currently building the Kempinski Floating Palace in Dubai, which is considered the first floating resort in the world.

Three other hotels under Abu Dhabi National Hotels will also be renamed under Marriott. These include the Address Dubai Marina, the Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel and the Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel.
Other brands in Dubai are part of the hotel division of Abu Dhabi National Hotels, including the Ritz Carlton and the Park Hyatt.
