United Kingdom: The management company Kew Green Hotels has purchased the lease of the Brooklyn Manchester Hotel and the Brooklyn Leicester Hotel for an undisclosed amount.
As part of a franchise agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts, the two properties will be converted into voco-branded hotels by mid-2024. The hotels have been part of the Bespoke Hotels group since their creation in 2020 (Manchester) and 2022 (Leicester).
The Brooklyn Manchester Hotel offers 189 rooms, Runyon’s Bar & Restaurant and flexible event spaces. The Brooklyn Leicester Hotel has 191 rooms, the Lair Restaurant and Bar and several meeting rooms.
